FAQ
What couples ask us most.
Do our guests need to download an app?
No. The invitation opens in the browser of any phone, tablet or computer, straight from the link.
Can we change details after sending it?
Yes. We update times, venues or wording and the link stays the same — anyone reopening it sees the new version.
How many languages can one invitation have?
Up to four: Italian, English, French and Arabic. Guests switch with one tap; Arabic reads right-to-left, as it should.
How long does it take?
Usually 3–5 days from gathering your details to the preview. If the date is close, tell us — we’ll find a way.
Can we use our own song?
Of course — send us the audio file. It starts when the guest opens the envelope and can be muted at any time.
Who can see our invitation?
Only people with the link. It isn’t indexed by search engines, and after the wedding we can archive it.
Do you do a printed version?
We give you a high-resolution QR code for your paper invitations — scanning it opens the animated one.
